Blue Duck Station History, Farm and Conservation Tours
Get a taste of what Blue Duck Station is all about by going on a tour which takes in the local History, our conservation work and lets not forget..... the workings of a sheep station!
You might get to witness sheep shearing, mustering and a whole host of other things that go on around the farm on a daily basis. Or if seeking out the Whio is more your thing, that's not a problem either. Just keep in mind the old addage......never work with children or animals!?!
And just by getting out to the farm and Whio you are going along an historic road from the Bridge to Nowhere era which is now our farm track, so you will see the history as well.
All of this while soaking up the amazing atmosphere that this place has to offer along with breathtaking views around every corner be it the bush surrounds or views over the mountains from the ridge tops.
The rates are as follows;
Half day - $90 per person min 4 persons
- $120 per person for 2 people
Groups larger than 7 price negotiable
So all that remains is for you to come on in and enjoy the tours!
